Where we ship
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48). We do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.
Rates
Shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout. Orders over $50 ship free within the contiguous United States.
Processing & delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier.
Warm-weather shipping
Beef tallow is shelf-stable and does not require refrigeration or a cold chain. It may soften, cloud, or liquefy in transit during warm months — this is normal and does not affect quality. Let it firm up at room temperature or in the fridge.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 14 days at hello@greavestallow.com with your order number and a photo where applicable. We will make it right — see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
