By using greavestallow.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We work to describe and price products accurately, but errors can occur. We may correct errors, change prices, or update product information at any time without notice. Colors and appearance vary slightly between batches — that variation is natural, not a defect.

Orders are processed through Shopify. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — and will refund any charge in that case. You are responsible for providing accurate order and shipping information.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy, both incorporated into these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it, or abuse forms and endpoints. All content, branding, and imagery are owned by Greaves & Co. LLC and may not be used without permission.

Our products are food intended for cooking. We make no health or medical claims. The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Greaves & Co. LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order at issue.
